Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support for application users
  • Be able to investigate and identify issues, bugs, or errors and act as a bridge to the development team
  • Understand business situations and application functionality to better analyze problems and make recommendations
  • Provide services, support, and suggestions to end users regarding the Data Warehouse
  • Provide data or information support for ad-hoc requests from end users
  • Create new reports or modify existing reports for Business Units
  • Work closely with application development teams and vendors to investigate, fix, and test applications, including understanding new features, configurations, and elements to be deployed in each release
  • Administer the company's application system in terms of application configuration, master data setup, and application user ID and permission management
  • Configure and support all applications in production
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with team members to improve technical knowledge and skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in Application Support/Help Desk
  • Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Developer, and Workflows
  • Experience with MS SQL Database, Crystal Reports, MS .NET, ASP.NET
  • Experience in connecting front-end, API, and back-end
  • Experience with incident management tools and ticketing systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of software applications and systems
  • Strong skills in database and programming
  • Good understanding of business and operations process flow
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with our Cloud Specialist to deploy cloud environments in public cloud & local cloud.
  • Deploy and manage enterprise-class security, network, and systems management applications within a public cloud & local cloud environment.
  • Implement highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable enterprise deployments following designs from Cloud Specialist.
  • Perform data and IaaS migrations from on-premises environments into public cloud & local cloud.
  • Perform support after sales and manage services as per customer requirements.
  • Standby call from Tier1 (Helpdesk) to support incidents or manage services.
  • Perform delivery documentation after customer onboarding.
  • Provide best-effort troubleshooting to customers.
  • Drive architectural and planning discussions with senior leadership concerning strategy, trade-offs, risks, and resource needs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to address product and technical challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Educations Background (bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer/Telecommunication/Electrical Engineer,)
  • Professional Experiences (5+ Years’ Engineer Experience in IT/System/Network/Security)
  • Strong practical Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment
  • Hands on experience building solutions with public cloud & Local cloud Services (AWS/Azure/Huawei/VMware)
  • Cloud certified is an added advantage (Azure, AWS, Huawei, VMware etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose security solutions that align with business goals.
  • Provide technical support and expertise during the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) activities.
  • Conduct detailed security assessments and audits to identify risks and recommend solutions.
  • Design customized security architectures based on client requirements, focusing on areas such as network security, endpoint security, cloud security, and data protection.
  • Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, and responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information).
  • Engage in client meetings to discuss technical aspects of security solutions, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest security products, technologies, and industry trends to advise customers on the best practices and solutions.
  • Support post-sales and project management teams during the implementation of security solutions to ensure the successful deployment and integration of products.
  • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for both internal teams and clients on security products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners to leverage the latest security technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in network security, IT security and cyber security.
  • Experience in a presales or technical consulting role within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Experience in vulnerability assessment, penetration test.
  • Strong understanding of security and cybersecurity solutions, including firewalls, web application firewall, Data loss prevention, end point detection and response and cloud security.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a certificate in IT security or cyber security (e.g., CISSP, Security+, Pentest+,CISA, CEH)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recognize, identify and prioritize incidents in accordance with customer business requirements, organizational policies, and operational impact
  • Perform network monitoring
  • Inform Service Desk to log ticket, perform ticket status tracking, and escalation for incident management process
  • Perform troubleshooting and resolve network first-level incidents within SLA

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer, Telecom Engineering, or related fields
  • Good command of English
  • 2-3 years of experience in computer network/IT Helpdesk/Internet Broadband
  • Solid knowledge of IT Infrastructure, LAN & WAN, Ethernet, MPLS, FTTx
  • Experience with supporting IP services (TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, VPN, QOS, SDN, SNMP, VOIP)
  • Experience with CISCO and Juniper switches, routers
  • Certification in CCNA/CCNP is preferred
  • Can work in shifts
  • Enthusiastic, can-do attitude, service-minded

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Enterprise network ecosystem
  • Installing and configuring network equipment such as routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, encoder/decoder (DVB)
  • Monitoring network performance and making recommendations based on performance analysis
  • Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues
  • Reporting network status to key stakeholders
  • Writing and maintaining network documentation
  • On-call support and handling change requests outside of normal business hours

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Modern Technology, or higher
  • At least 5 - 7 years of experience in the IP Network field
  • Strong knowledge of network technology TCP/IP, routing techniques (Static, BGP, OSPF, ISIS) and other related connectivity, including but not limited to security and Cloud
  • Ability to implement and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise System & Network Architecture and ecosystems
  • Must be a self-starter able to work diligently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups
  • Ability to plan activities and projects well in advance, taking into account possible changing circumstances
  • Ability to work hard and put in longer hours when necessary
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostics, and network analytics tools
  • Completion of CCNA, HCIA, NSE4 certificates or higher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product category: Cloud Solution service.
  • Carry out prospective activities within an assigned territory to develop a solid pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Manage key aspects of the sales cycle including gathering requirements, demos, proof of concept, and product specification.
  • Present product and all features to customers at meetings and events
  • Troubleshooting client problems, answering questions from customers relating to solutions, and delivering technical enable men.
  • Build strong consultative relationships with individuals in customer and partner organizations to ensure customer and partner satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry, technical and competitive landscape to ensure the presentation and sale of the best client solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
  • Experienced in Cloud Solution 3-5 years extensive in Telecommunication Business.
  • Experience working in a team collaboratively.
  • Self-Management to prioritize work and self-learning.
  • Well-developed teamwork habits and communication skills
  • Maintain an acceptable attendance record, be punctual, and meet deadlines.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain good relations with both new and existing customers.
  • Provide full information on products and services and arrange appointments with customers.
  • Handle full selling process from finding prospects, verifying opportunities until closing deals.
  • Communicate with Sales & Marketing team to gather required information for updating database and keep close relationship with customers.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, sales program and update the report as monthly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Work experience in Channel Sales, Project Sales or Corporate Sales and at least 2- 3 years extensive in Telecommunication Business.
  • Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office.
  • Proficient in Presentation Skill, Negotiation Skill, and Sales Planning.
  • Good interpersonal relations.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Having own car and driving license also knows direction in Bangkok and realm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key existing and create new business partners in the assigned markets targeting Telecommunication Service Provider in Asia Pacific
  • Understand and able to provide company’s products and services, including Telecommunication both Domestic, Cross Border System, Submarine Network, IP Transit/Peering, to prospects and business partners
  • Understand market situation and able to identify both opportunities and risks and present in quarterly report
  • Present business proposal both technical and commercial to executive audience
  • Complete all sales process starting with identifying customer requirements, prepare costing and solution, submit proposal, negotiation till close project
  • Good teamwork and well communication with related departments including Marketing, Product, Network, Procurement and Commercial to ensure end to end work process will deliver as company’s strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or master’s degree in IT, Telecommunications or any related fields
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management or related fields i.e. International Sales, Import/Export, Overseas Sales etc.
  • Experience in Telecommunication, IP Transit/Peering, Dark fiber, and Colocation as a plus
  • Experience in network interconnection in Asia Pacific and understanding of internet infrastructure as a plus
  • Ability to travel abroad.
  • Good command in English and Thai (3rd language is a plus)
  • Proficient in communication, presentation, negotiation and sales planning skills
  • Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office
