Marketing Cooperation Contract between SYMC and CAT

Ref FNA 54/001 10 January 2011 Subject: Marketing Cooperation Contract between Symphony Communication Public Company Limited and CAT Telecom Public Company Limited To : The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Symphony Communication Public Company Limited (SYMC) and CAT Telecom Public Company Limited (CAT) have signed a Marketing Cooperation Contract. According to the contract, SYMC shall provide Total Marketing Solution (One-Stop-Service) for CAT to facilitate CAT's telecommunication clients in exchange for the agreed revenue sharing. The contract period is one year (December 2010 - December 2011) with renewable option. Please be informed accordingly.
