Asian Telecom Awards

SYMPHONY COMMUNICATION won 2 awards from the Asian Telecom Awards 2024: “Infrastructure Initiative of the Year” and “HR Initiative of the Year” organized by Asian Business Review magazine from Singapore. It will be given to telecom operators in Asia that have outstanding performance in various categories and have developed products and services and organizations through new innovations that effectively supports customer needs and competition in the market.

The “Infrastructure Initiative of the Year” award reinforces our commitment to delivering network service to the Excellent Experience for customers in the region and with our excellent network management planning to provide services by deploying several cable routes across the country. With DWDM/ASON and SDN-MPLS technology, which allows flexible and diverse bandwidth allocation, it can scale up to Terabit level and enhance efficiency of operations. While using SDN-MPLS technology as the first provider in Thailand to support a better customer experience with a higher network SLA of up to 99.95%, low latency, support for AI, Cloud and Security Service, including our MTTR within 3 hours, this is a new standard for telecom service providers in Thailand. We also contributes to the development of the telecommunications industry and digital economy in the region.

And for another award, that is, “HR Initiative of the Year” it shows the company’s vision that we take the importance of all employees. As the employees are important assets of the organization by creating  various programs of  training and activities and to create satisfaction for all employees so that they can work happily and encourages employees to participate in expressing opinions, creating a better living situation Including organizing training, providing knowledge in various fields to employees to promote and support a good working atmosphere. Adding various benefits more to be in line with the economic situation and maintain competitiveness in the market including creating a better working environment to improve the working life of all employees so that they can work happily under the Great Place to Work concept.

At this event, Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer with Khun Teerapun. Piyaosotsan, Senior Vice President Network Division, Khun Chanamon Charoenthaweepanukul, Senior Vice President Human Resources Division and Khun Jutturong Buavirat, Head of Carriers and Partners Business Unit were representatives to receive the awards at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Center in Singapore on 29 February 2024.


NTT Thank you Party

Symphony Communication hosted a “Thank You Party” to express gratitude to NTT Data, led by the Carriers & Partners Business Unit, in recognition of their enduring trust in our services. The event was graced by Khun Wiyada Trakarnchaisiri, – Head of International Partners Section and featured a welcome speech by Khun Sanit Kashemsanta Na Ayudhaya, Senior Director of CoE Strategy (Thailand).

We also provide a lot of entertainment, games, and lucky draw prizes to the lucky ones to grab back. This event was held at Bai Mai Ra Reang – Asoke on 23rd February 2024.


Troop Chinese New Year 2024

During 7-9 February 2024, our Sales Team had visited our valued customers for Chinese New Year and brought them the oranges with lucky Ang Bao and wish them to be happy and lucky all year round.


Chinese New Year 2024

On 9 February 2024, HR Department organized a Chinese New Year 2024 event for employees under the theme of red and gold colors. Led by Khun Alex Loh, our Chief Operating Officer joined this activity with everyone and employees had the chance to receive  “Ang Bao” from executive as well.


Cybersec Asia 2024

Symphony Communication led by Khun Noppadon Musikarangsri – Head of Managed Security Services Business Unit and team attended the Cybersec Asia 2024, gathering Cybersecurity service providers from Asia and worldwide in Thailand. We had exhibited our booth in this event and had the great chance to meet and exchange ideas about cybersecurity solution with various service providers during  31 January –1 February 2024 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.


New Year Festival

During the New Year’s festival, our Management and Sales Team visited our Valued Customers and Business Partners to thank for their trust in our company and services and to we also brought them our special New Year gifts on this memorable occasion as well. Our team had a great chance to meet and talk with our customers and business partners to receive their feedbacks to deliver and provide the best service for the excellent experience.


PTC 2024

During 21-24 January 2024, Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer and our team attended in PTC’24, this is an annual Telecommunication Conference gathering the executives from many companies around the world.

The team had the great opportunity to meet with our valued partners and customers from many countries and discuss on the business direction together. This event was held at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, Honolulu, Hawaii, United States.


Sales Kick-Off Meeting 2024

SYMPHONY COMMUNICATION held Sales Kick-Off Meeting 2024 and sales team presented the plans to achieve the goal for this year as well as the strategies to deliver the Excellent Experience to our customers. Led by Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer, shared and presented the business overview and key drives to move forward the business plan to achieve the company’s goal together. In the end of this meeting, there was Sales Awards to top-performance salesperson for both Enterprise and Carriers and Partners team on 15 January 2024 at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai.


HOD Kick-Off Meeting 2024

Symphony Communication Public Company Limited organized Head of Department Kick-Off Meeting, to summarize the strategic plan to move business forward this year from Head of each division and department in order to be able to provide service excellence to our customers. Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer shared the important information and business direction to achieve the company’s goal together. This event was held on 5th January 2024 at the InterContinental Bangkok Sukhumvit Hotel.
