SYMPHONY Communication Public Company Limited conducts business with transparency and realizes the importance of combating all forms of corruption.
We, therefore, emphasize and adhere to conducting business with honesty, transparency, accountability, and strictly comply with the law to combat corruption. We are also aware that corruption not only affects the company's business operations, reputation, and image, but also significantly hinders the Company's sustainable growth and national development.
Anti-Corruption Policy
To ensure that the Company has determined appropriate responsibilities, guidelines and rules for its business operation to prevent all types of corruption in all of the Company’s activities, and to ensure that decisions and business operations that may involve corruption risks are carefully considered and implemented, the Company has established the “Anti-Corruption Policy” and created an organizational culture that makes everyone aware of the dangers of corruption, has created the right values and increased the confidence of all stakeholders, so that the fight against corruption is effective.

Declaration of Intent to Join Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC)
To demonstrate the Company’s commitment in countering corruption, as a listed company, it is our responsibility to foster confidence among shareholders, investors, and stakeholders, the Company co-signed a declaration of intent to join the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC), jointly initiated by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD), Thai Chamber of Commerce, Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce, Thai Listed Companies Association, Thai Bankers’ Association, and Federation of the Thai Capital Market Organizations and Federation of Thai Industry with the main objective to raise anti-corruption awareness, on November 19, 2019 and was certified as membership of CAC on September 30, 2020.
Throughout the 3-year certification period, the Company has executed to ensure that the Company complies with the requirements for CAC membership by implementing policies and practices, organizing training and communicating knowledge about policies, practices and measures for anti-corruption, and conducting corruption risk assessments. To maintain its CAC certification, the Company submitted a renewal application and has been successfully renewed for a CAC membership on September 30, 2023, with a certification period of another 3 years.
