Whistleblowing and Complaint
The Company encourages its personal, which are directors, executives and employees as well as stakeholders to participate in overseeing the compliance of good corporate governance principles by inquiring if there is any doubt about the corporate governance policy and the business code of conduct.
The Company also provides opportunities for all personnel and stakeholders to provide opinions or suggestions, file petition or report clue when they are treated unfairly by any personnel of the Company or they may notice any actions that is or is suspect to be violation of laws, regulations, the corporate governance policy or the code of business conduct, including malpractice, such as breaking of laws, company rules and regulations, fraud, corruption, abuse of power, authority exploitation, malfeasance, misconduct, human rights violation, acts that unduly impact society, communities, and the environment.

Procedures upon Receipt of Clues or Complaints
Upon receipt of complaints, the working group or assignee of the Company shall collect, verify and analyze information, set procedures for corrective and preventive actions, determine measures to alleviate damage to those affected, conduct data processing, and inform results to the complaint receiver and whistleblower or complainants for acknowledgement. The investigation results as well as actions and measures shall be reported to the Chief Operating Officer, the President, the Audit Committee, and the Board of Directors respectively (as the case may be).
Complainants/Whistleblower Protection
Complainants or whistleblowers and relevant parties, whether they are Company personnel or external parties, if they file complaints or report clue under the scope of the petition in good faith without intention to harm or cause damage to any person or the Company, shall be properly and fairly protected by the Company, which implies no change in job title, job nature, workplace, suspension, salary reduction, dismissal, threats, harassment, or any unfair acts. The Company will keep their complaints confidential and not disclose them to unrelated parties, except when required by law.
Relevant parties who know or receive information about complaints must maintain confidentiality and not reveal such information to the third party except when required by law. If this is intentionally violated, the Company shall take disciplinary penalties in accordance with the Company’s regulations and/or legal actions as the case may be.
Penalty
In event of finding that any employee acts against the Corporate Governance Policy, any other policies and practices, or regulations established by the Company, such employee shall receive disciplinary penalties in accordance with the Company’s regulations regarding discipline and disciplinary penalties. Employee disciplinary action ranges from oral warnings to suspension or termination of employment. Such an employee shall be also undergoing legal punishment in case his/her action is against the law.
Complaints Making and Whistleblowing Channels
Personnel, officers, or a third party coming across or becoming aware of dubious acts, including those affected by the Company’s business operation, the conduct of the Company personnel who violate law, regulations, the Corporate Governance Policy, Business Code of Conduct, or other established policies and practices stated in the Good Corporate Governance Handbook, or any other regulations of the Company, and suspected corrupt practices can file complaints or report clue with evidence (if any) through the following channels:
