KMITL Engineering Students Explore Cutting-Edge Subsea Cable Technology at SYMPHONY : MOALEE Cable Landing Station

Symphony Communication PCL had the pleasure of welcoming students from the Faculty of Engineering, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Watid Phakphisut, Head of the Department of Telecommunications Engineering, and Mr. Ekayotin Yaemrung, Engineer from the same department, to the MOALEE Cable Landing Station in Rayong Province. This station is Thailand’s first private sector Cable Landing Station and serves as the central hub for managing the MCT subsea cable network. The visitors were welcomed by Mr. Anupong Homkhajorn, Head of Subsea Cable and Special Network Project Department.
Morning Session: Students explored the intricacies of subsea cable operations, gaining insight into how advanced technology powers global digital communication.
Afternoon Session: They participated in a career workshop focused on job application techniques, equipping them with essential skills to enhance their future career prospects.
