SYMPHONY Conducts Red Line Smart Service Training for SRTET

SYMPHONY continues to support system development toward international standards by implementing structured Workflow Management processes and enabling systematic document storage and administration through an Electronic Document Management System (DMS).

In this project, SYMPHONY played a key role in developing the Red Line Smart Service system. The platform helps enhance organizational efficiency by reducing repetitive tasks, improving coordination, and supporting data-driven decision-making with accurate and up-to-date information. This serves as a crucial foundation for strengthening long-term operational efficiency and effective organizational management.

SYMPHONY also conducted a training program on “Red Line Smart Service System Usage” for its client, SRT Electrified Train Company Limited (SRTET), to enhance knowledge and ensure effective utilization of the system. The training helps officers better understand the system while enabling clearer, more transparent operations that can be easily verified and monitored at every stage. The developed system is designed to support both internal and external usage, with the main objective of facilitating faster and more structured collaboration between internal departments and external organizations.
