Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2026

Symphony Communication Public Company Limited (SYMC) held its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2026, chaired by Mr. Woodtipong Moleechad, Chairman of the Board of Directors, together with Mr. Akarat Na Ranong, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Mr. Alex Loh, Chief Executive Officer. The meeting was also attended by members of the Board of Directors, executives, the Independent Financial Advisor, legal advisors, and shareholders.

The meeting considered a connected transaction concerning the provision of Managed Connectivity Services to Time Global Connect (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The shareholders resolved to approve the transaction as proposed by the Board of Directors.
