SYMPHONY sponsored Yala Marathon 2022

Symphony Communication Public Company Limited has been a part of the Yala Marathon 2022 and as one of the sponsor of this event, we had provided high speed Internet and Wi-Fi service for the live streaming to proceed the registration system to facilitate the runners who attend the event including all timing systems to keep all activities running smoothly. This event was held during 29-31 July 2022 at Yala Municipality. We are honored to be a part of the success of this event.

Symphony Communication Public Company Limited attended the 41st Workshop on UniNet Network and Computer Application (WUNCA)

which was organized by Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin together with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and innovation.

Led by Mr. Yossiri Krissanasmit, AVP – Sales Government and State Enterprise Sector along with the sales team attended this event and had the opportunity to promote our various services and share information on technology updated for education sector among participants in the event. This event was held on 3-5 August 2022 at Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.

KMUTNB visited MCT Cable Landing Station, Rayong  

On 27th July 2022, Symphony Communication Public Company Limited led by Khun Wanchai Somboonphon, FSVP Regulatory Affairs Division and the team welcomed the students and Alumni Association of King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok at Moalee Cable Landing Station, Rayong Province.

They visited our site and had the opportunity to learn about our Cable Landing Station as well as experiencing the real operation for our customers’ business.

CommunicAsia 2022  

Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer with Sales Team and Engineering Team has joined CommunicAsia 2022 on 1-3 June 2022 in Singapore and all of them had the opportunity to visit many customers and partners accordingly. During the visit, they have updated company’s latest services and products to the customers and get some valued ideas and opinions back in order to propose and develop the services that meet the needs of the international market efficiently.

Grand Opening of ETIX Bangkok #1

Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer with the management and the company’s team participated in the official launch of the data center “ETIX Bangkok #1” on May 25th, Bangna-Trad Road, Samut Prakan Province. In the event, Khun Alex as the representative of the company, had a short session in Partner Talk and expressed that the company is delighted to work with ETIX Bangkok #1 to help enhance the service level for both domestic and international customers with increasing demands in the digital era.

Symphony Communication participated in “THAILAND: THE YEAR OF TURNAROUND, transforming Thailand to fight the dangers of COVID 2022” organized by the Association of Engineering Alumni Kasetsart University and we had the opportunity to promote our company’s services to the participants in this event. This event was honored by Mr. Arkhom Termpittayapaisith, Minister of Finance attended the event, along with many speakers who gave interesting topics for the future of Thailand in various industries, it was held on 11th February 2022 at Centara Grand at Central World.

On 24th December 2021, Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer, received an award “The Thai Chamber of Commerce Business Ethics Standard Awards 2021” which is considered as another pride of the company. This awards shows we are an organization that has ethics, honesty, fairness, transparency and also have social responsibility as well as aiming to create benefits for the public with good governance principles which lead to strength corporate sustainability.

SYMPHONY COMMUNICATION HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED AND CERTIFIED AS A MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL OF THAI COLLECTIVE ACTION COALITION AGAINST CORRUPTION (CAC)

Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer participated in the award ceremony of Thailand 11th National Conference on Collective Action Against Corruption 2021 under the topic “Spotlight on Clean Business” on 23rd December 2021, Symphony Communication has CAC Certified which shows that the company has been assessed as a company with good governance practices with code of conduct and business ethics with anti-corruption policies and guidelines to grow our business steadily and sustainably.

SYMPHONY COMMUNICATION HAS ACHIEVED THE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SCORE AT AC EXCELLENT LEVEL OF RECOGNITIONS (5 STARS)

On 29th October 2021, Symphony Communication Public Company Limited (SYMC) has achieved the corporate governance score at an “Excellent” level of recognitions (5 stars) for 2nd consecutive years under the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) Project undertaken by Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) with support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). This indicates the Company’s commitment and achievement in sustainability performance in respect of environment, social and governance (ESG).

SYMPHONY COMMUNICATION has achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and CSA STAR Certified

On 2nd September 2021,  Mr. Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer with the company’s team have received the certificates of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (Information Security Management Systems: ISMS) and CSA STAR (Cloud Security Alliance , Security, Trust & Assurance Registry) from the representatives of BSI Group (Thailand) Ltd. and ACinfotech Co., Ltd.

For the ISO 27001 is the international standard for the Information Security Management System. It contains requirements that organizations must follow to maintain information security, protection of information, business processes and information assets from threats and risks, and to establish an emergency response plan to reduce the risk and maintain the ability to operate the business continuously.

The CSA STAR is a cloud-based security standard. To increase the confidence in cloud deployment, CSA STAR is an upgrade from ISO/ IEC 27001. CSA STAR certification is required to be certified in ISO/ IEC 27001. and Cloud Control Matrix (CCM) first.

These will help strengthening more confidence in the Information Security Management System for customers as our aim is to deliver high quality services to corporate customers, telecommunication operators and our business partners and continue to develop our services to achieve the International Standard for Excellent Experience.
