On Saturday, 26th October 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., the Network Center Operations Team (NOC) will temporarily relocate to Amata Center. This move is necessary for the maintenance of the electrical system at our main building. During this time, the Maintenance Team (MA) will monitor and operate systems to ensure network security and safety.

Symphony Communications is dedicated to maintaining uninterrupted service. This commitment is part of our Business Continuity Plan (BCP), which equips us to handle various situations, facilitating rapid recovery and minimizing operational disruption.

What is a Business Continuity Plan (BCP)?

A Business Continuity Plan (BCP) outlines a strategy to respond to events that may disrupt business operations, whether short- or long-term, ensuring a swift restoration of services. It aims to reduce damage to the business, its assets, and its reputation.

Symphony Communication Public Company Limited proudly supported flood relief efforts through the Thai Red Cross Society. Representing the company, Khun Siriwan Prempreethaweesin from Corporate Sustainability and Risk Management, along with Khun Peeranun Piraskul, Head of Corporate and Marketing Communication Department, contributed to aid the victims through the Relief and Community Health Bureau.

The donation was graciously received by Lieutenant General Dr. Amnat Barlee, Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau, Thai Red Cross Society.
