Occupational safety, health, and workplace environment management is overseen by the Company’s Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment Committee, chaired by the Chief Executive Officer or an authorized representative. This structure ensures the effective and practical implementation of the Company’s policies, while streamlining processes to allow for swift and responsive decision-making—an essential aspect given the time-sensitive nature of safety issues. Additionally, there are designated responsible units and certified occupational safety officers tasked with monitoring, supervising, verifying, and reporting compliance with safety measures in specific work areas, thereby reinforcing a culture of safety across all operational activities.

It is committed to promoting equal employment opportunities for people with disabilities, thereby enabling them to earn an income, achieve self-reliance, reduce social inequality, and participate fully and equally in society.
In alignment with this commitment, the Company complies with Section 35 of the Persons with Disabilities Empowerment Act B.E. 2550 (2007) by employing visually impaired individuals in accordance with the legally prescribed ratio of one person with a disability for every one hundred employees without disabilities.
Advancements in information technology and communication systems have rapidly increased the ease, convenience, and speed with which personal data can be accessed, collected, used, and disclosed—potentially causing harm to data subjects. Symphony Communication Public Company Limited (“the Company”) fully recognizes the significance of this issue and is committed to taking responsibility for and ensuring the protection of personal data collected, used, disclosed, and transferred by the Company with respect to all stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, and business partners. To uphold transparency and ensure that personal data is protected in compliance with the law, the Company has established the “Personal Data Protection Policy”. This policy serves to protect the personal data of shareholders, employees, customers, business partners, and all other relevant stakeholders in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
The Company has outlined the following operational guidelines to support the implementation of personal data protection:
- Appointment of a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and establishing a responsible unit to oversee and ensure the protection and lawful handling of personal data;
- Establishment of a PDPA Working Group responsible for developing operational processes and practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws;
- Announcing the Personal Data Protection Policy and related practices for data governance and data security management, to align with legal requirements and ensure effective implementation;
- Creation of a registry for personal data across all divisions in the Company to classify types of personal data, assess the risk level associated with data collection, use, and disclosure, and implement appropriate security controls and protective measures based on the level of risk identified.
