Service Operation Kick-Off Meeting 2023

On 2nd February 2023, the company organized a Kick-Off Meeting 2023 for the Service Operation Division to summarize the overview of the previous year as well as to brainstorm ideas and determine the important strategies for the installation process and service delivery to customers with higher quality this year. As we believe that the after-sales service is extremely important factor for the company to move forward and it is also help to build an Excellent Experience to our customers as well.
Led by our Executives; Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer and Khun Supornchai Chotputtikul, Executive Vice President Service Operation Division have participated and shared business direction and ideas on how to deliver the best service to our customers. The event was held at Asawin Grand Convention Hotel last week.

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Year 2022

On 22 April 2022, Symphony Communication Public Company Limited held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2022 led by Mr. Woodtipong Moleechad, Chairman of the Board, Mr. Kranphol Asawasuwan, President, Mr. Teerarat Pantarasutra, Director and Mr. Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer together with the Board of Directors and the Management Team attended the meeting and the company announced its financial performance and operational in year 2021 as well as the success of the past year including our new services and new solutions for customers. This was held at the Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park.

On April 4th 2022, Khun Teerarat Pantarasutra, Director and Executive Advisor, Symphony Communication and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Udomkiat Nontakaew, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok signed the Academic Cooperation MOU with has the objective to exchange knowledge between 2 organizations including to give support and promote the opportunities together

such as training projects and other academic activities and share the knowledge on technology and engineering  between the personnel of the two organizations. This collaborated relationship will help to drive the advancement in education which is an important factor in the future development of Thailand.

SYMPHONY – HUAWEI Sign MOU for Cloud Collaboration to accelerate Cloud Adoption and Digital Transformation for Thailand Market

The MoU signing ceremony was held on April 1st 2022 at the Huawei G-Tower Office, in the presence of Mr. Pongthep Thanakijsuntorn, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing Division, Khun Suwat Jesdangkul, Head of Strategy and Business Development Division, Symphony Communication Public Company Limited, Mr. Kevin Cheng, President of Huawei Thailand’s Enterprise Business Group, Ms. Piyatida Itiravivongs, Director of Cloud Business, and other senior executives of both companies.

This is a joint initiative between both parties that has the intent of MoU to leverage Huawei’s latest technology of Cloud Solutions to enhance the efficiency of Cloud Experience to Symphony Communication’s Customers as well as developing other products and services on Cloud-based applications, platforms and new innovation to bring the best service excellence on this Cloud Journey.

Symphony Communication will bring this new Cloud Experience to engage with its wide customers base and to explore new business opportunities including assisting them to digitalize their business and operations on this new Cloud Technologies, powered by Huawei.

MOALEE Cable Landing Station Opening Ceremony

On 5th July 2017, Khun Woodtipong Moleechad, Chairman of the Board, Khun Kranphol Asawasuwan, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Khun Teerarat Pantarasutra, President with executives and staffs of Symphony Communication Plc., along with the guest of honor attended the Grand Opening of MOALEE Cable Landing Station for the prosperity and the official opening of a building ceremony. This submarine cable landing station is located at Ta Phong District, Rayong Province, constructed on 2 Rai with investment of more than 100 million baht, connecting between terrestrial and undersea networks. The highlight of this station is an Open Access System with a full capacity of connecting up to 4 submarine systems. Currently, we have 1 submarine cable system, called “MCT” or Malaysia-Cambodia-Thailand Submarine Cable System for connecting between 3 countries, Malaysia, Cambodia and Thailand to strengthen the telecommunication of Thailand and to uphold the communication capacity in Thailand to be the center of the region (HUB of ASEAN) and to enhance the international communications network to other regions around the world.

Symphony Box Office – Transformers: The Last Knight

The Symphony Box Office brought our clients back to the return of the Transformers film – Transformers: The Last Knight that was held specially at SF Cinema Terminal 21 on 22nd June 2017. Everyone had an excitement to watch the return of the famous movie directed by Michael Bay and the return of Mark Wahlberg, which is related to the traveling of Optimus Prime to find a home planet of Cybertron.

Symphony Commucanication sponsored “The 40th of Matichon with Thailand 4.0”

Khun Wanchai Somboonphon, First Senior Vice President Government Affairs, Procurement & Network Asset Management Division of Symphony Communication Plc. attended the event “The 40th year of Matichon with Thailand 4.0”. There was a panel discussion on Fintech or Financial Technology that you need to know led by Khun Somkid Jatusripitak, Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand and executives from leading banks engaged in the discussion and express their opinions about the financial aspects of the Bank industry in Thailand 4.0. This event was held on 14th June 2017 at Ballroom, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC).

Symphony Communication held One Day Trip in Nakhron Nayok

Symphony Communication organized a special activity ‘One Day Trip Adventure’ with fun activities. We invited our clients traveling to Nakhon Nayok province. In the morning started with the visit the Ganesha Park, the Biggest Ganesha in Thailand with 9 meters width. In the afternoon, everyone joined many activities such as; Paintball with good team plan and had a chance to wear the wildlife attires in the competition. Morever, they were also enjoy riding ATV in Klong Madeua Trail to see a beautiful place and adventure route. End up the trip with shopping at Rong Kluea Market before heading to Bangkok. This trip made more fun, smile and impression to our clients, this was held on 10th June 2017.

Cloud Expo Asia 2017

During May 24-26, 2017, Symphony Communication Plc., led by Khun Pongthep Thanakijsuntorn, Executive Vice President Marketing and IMC, and team invited the clients and partners to fly over to participate in the world-class technology exhibition “Cloud Expo Asia 2017” at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, Hong Kong. This year’s event boasted several new technologies such as; Cloud Security, Big Data & Analytics, Smart IoT and FinTech, for participants to study and develop their business further, especially in the aspects that involve Cloud, which is a fast-growing technology today. During the exclusive trip, all participants were able to discuss and exchange their perspectives on business together.

SYMC holds the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Symphony Communication Plc., led by Khun Woodtipong Moleechad, Chairman of the Board and Khun Teerarat Pantarasutra, President held the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to announce the company’s performance in 2016 and announce the direction and business plans for 2017. The purpose of the meeting was to enhance the company’s telecommunications network service to ensure that it meets the requirements of its domestic and international clients. On this occasion, the shareholders were also given an opportunity to inquire and discuss with the company’s executives. The meeting was held at Lotus Room, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center on April 26, 2017.
