Our Activities

Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer and a team from Carriers & Partners Department, Symphony Communication Public Company Limited participated in Capacity Asia 2022. This event gathered a lot of customers and partners from telecommunication industry worldwide, there were many speakers who had experiences to share the updated trends, technology, digital infrastructure and business trends in various fields. Moreover, our team had such a great opportunity to meet and exchange knowledge with our customers in this event as well. It was held during 29 November – 1 December 2022 at Marina Bay Sands Singapore.

Symphony Communication Public Company Limited has cooperated with Mahidol University to organized a seminar under the project of hiring a consultant to prepare a digital action plan of the SRT for a period of 5 years. Symphony Communication provided knowledge about technology trends in the future, Cyber Risk and IT Operation Risk that is useful for participants. In the evening, we also prepared a party with giveaway activities to make it fun for customers. This event was held on 23-24 November 2022 at Chuchai Buri Sri Amphawa Hotel, Samut Songkhram Province.

On 21 November 2022, Symphony Communication Public Company Limited by Mr. Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer received an award “Sustainable Organization in the Thai Capital Market for supporting people with disabilities” as an outstanding level for year 2022 from Mr. Boonchob Sutthamanatwong, Permanent Secretary of Labor by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) together with the Ministry of Labor, Department of Skill Development, Department of Employment, Department of Empowerment and Development of the Life of Persons with Disabilities, The Thai Listed Companies Association and the Council of Persons with Disabilities of Thailand have selected and awarded organizations in the Thai capital market that are outstanding in adopting human rights principles as the basis for management and playing an important role in helping to promote careers and employment to create opportunities for people with disabilities to participate equally in society and reduce inequality.

This award reaffirms that the Company has systematically and concretely implemented human rights activities on a continuous basis with emphasis on managing differences and accepting diversity by treating personnel and all groups of stakeholders equally and equitably including encouraging all employees and all groups of stakeholders to have a better quality of life. This is in line with the commitment and is one of the goals to drive sustainable development of the company.

Our Executives led by Khun Kranphol Asawasuwan, President, Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer and Carriers & Partners Department attended Telecoms World Asia 2022. There were many Executives and participants from leading telecommunication industry and digital solution providers across Asia are reunited in Thailand once again after 2 years and this year we also had our booth exhibit at the event as well. This was held during 2-3 November at Centara Grand at CentralWorld. In addition, we host “Let’s Get Together Party” at Beer Republic on 2 November 2022, with a lot of entertainment and  prizes which make the party more fun and impressive to all customers.

Symphony Communication Public Company Limited joined Thailand Insurance CIO Forum 2022 : “Trend Technology for Insurance” organized by Thai General Insurance Association and we had our booth exhibit in the event to promote our various services including our latest and new technologies to all executives of insurance companies, life insurance and insurance brokers and also had the opportunity to talk and exchange ideas with customers and participants. We provided a lot of activities for participants to join and win the prizes and souvenirs from us. The event was held during 28-30 October 2022 at Dusit Thani Pattaya Hotel, Chonburi Province.

Symphony Communication Public Company Limited, a leading telecommunication network provider, together with RV Connex Co., Ltd., a cybersecurity provider jointly launched Cybersecurity Service under the service name CYNCLAIR honored by Khun Apirath Wisitthiwong – Head of Enterprise Department, Symphony Communication Public Company Limited and Khun Nardwadee Watanakij – VP Business Development, RV Connex Co., Ltd. both gave the opening remarks to welcome our customers.

This service is designed to meet the needs of customers in the digital era and helps protect and secure corporate systems and data amid the surge in cyber attack.

At this event, we were honored to have Khun Noppadon Musikarangsri – Head of ICT Pre-Sales Department to update company’s services and provide information on the need for cybersecurity

and another speaker from RV Connex, Khun Pawornrat Juajoi, Customer Success, Cynclair Service on Cybersecurity: More Advanced Treat Detection for Business Resilience.

In addition, in the evening we had organized a cocktail dinner, providing food, beverage and lucky draw prizes for our customers with a lot of entertainment. The event was held on 20^th October 2022  at the Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit.

Symphony Communication Public Company Limited has participated in the 47^th Annual General Meeting for executives and teachers of private vocational schools under the topic of “Building a Nation, Developing People, Strong Society with Thai Vocational Education”. Mr. Tanawat Wongdech, ICT Pre-Sales Specialist joined the discussion and exchange ideas at the seminar. This event was organized by the Office of the Vocational Education Commission together with the Association of Private Technological and Vocational Colleges of Thailand under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Princess. This event was held during 9-10 October 2022 at Asawin Grand Convention Hotel, Bangkok.

Symphony Communication Public Company Limited has participated in the General Meeting of the Office of the Private Education Commission to promote and provide information about company’s services to interested participants. This event was held on 8 October 2022 at the Horizon Village and Resort Hotel, Chiang Mai.

Due to the current situation of flooding in many areas and may cause concerns for our valued customers about the impact that may affect out services. SYMPHONY has closely monitored the situation and take this as our priority about the business continuity in every situation, therefore, we have prepared off-road service vehicle ready and our staff standby for emergency situations to ensure that your business will run smoothly in any circumstances. 

Symphony Communication with the Association of Thai Securities Companies jointly organized the 7th ASCO’s Business Solution Symposium 2022. This year was honored by Executives Members of ASCO from various securities companies participated with us.

We presented about our latest SDN-MPLS Network and Managed Services as well as our valued partners who shared on various interesting services and solutions that are particularly related to the securities business from Le Siam, Fortinet, Finema and RV Connex presented many solutions such as Cloud, Data Center, eSignature Service and Cybersecurity Service.

After that, we also held a night party for everyone to have an opportunity to have fun with games, entertainments and the next morning, there was a golf activity as well. The event was held at Toscana Valley Khaoyai during 1-2 October 2022.
