During the New Year’s festival, our Management and Sales Team visited our Valued Customers and Business Partners and brought them our special New Year Gifts on this special occasion and to thank them all for the long-lasting trust in our company and services. It was a great opportunity for our team to meet and discuss with our customers and partners to get some feedbacks and we will continue to deliver the best service to make the Excellent Experience.
During 15-18 January 2023, Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer together with Khun Jesudass Paramchotti, FSVP of Network Division and Khun Jutturong Buavirat, Head of Carriers & Partners Department participated in PTC’23, this is the annual Telecom and ICT Conference which is held at Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. They had a great chance to meet up with a lot of C-level and Executives from many Telecom and ICT Industries around the world and also attended meetings to discuss and exchange ideas on the new business opportunity and market expansion as well.
On 19 January 2023, HR Department organized a Chinese New Year 2023 event for employees under the theme of red and gold colors. Led by Khun Kranphol Asawasuwan, our President joined this activity with everyone as well. Food and beverages were provided for everyone and they also got a chance to win “Ang Bao” for lucky draw prizes. This is one of the good event that makes our employees happy during this auspicious season.
SYMPHONY COMMUNICATION held Management Kick-Off and Sales Kick-Off 2023 to present an overview of last year performance as well as to give the business direction to deliver the Excellent Experience to our customers this year.
Led by Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer who shared and presented the business overview and key drives to move forward the business plan to achieve the company’s goal together. The events were held on 6 and 11 January 2023 at Chatrium Grand Bangkok Hotel and Pullman Bangkok King Power respectively.

On 15th December 2022, Symphony Communication Invited valued customers to our event “Symphony Box Office” with the greatest movie that everyone is waiting – Avatar: The Way of Water.
Led by Khun Yossiri Krissanasmit, Head of Enterprise Section – Government and State Enterprises, as our representative to welcome all customers along with our sales team to give warm welcome to customers while we had an opportunity to meet and catch up together. This event was held at SF World Cinema Central World.
On 13 December 2022, Khun Kranphol Asawasuwan, President and Khun Alex Loh, Chief Operating Officer have met Khun Trairat Wiriyasirikul, Acting Secretary General of the Broadcasting Commission Television Business and the National Telecommunications Commission (acting for the secretary-general of the NBTC) as Symphony Communication Public Company Limited has received permission from the NBTC to have Cloud Computing service under the existing Telecommunications Business License Type Three. This allows us to provide Cloud Service on Symphony’s quality network to meet the needs of customers with increasing demands in the digital era.
On 8 December 2022, Symphony Communication Public Company Limited welcomed Professors and students from the Faculty of Science and Information Technology, Thonburi University. Khun Noppadon Musikarangsri, Head of ICT Pre-Sales Department, shared the topic of IT Security & Big Data and Khun Sasin Kaemakaseamsarn, Head of Network Operation Department brought everyone to visit the Network Operation Center (NOC) room, which is open 7 days 24 hours and explained about the operation of network, system maintenance, and network monitoring. Moreover, there were some special activities for students to participate and receiving souvenirs from the company as well.
On 7 December 2022, Symphony Communication Public Company Limited by Khun Thanita Kititaveesatian, Head of Internal Audit Department, as a representative of the company received a brooch of the Code of Conduct Club of The Thai Chamber of Commerce in the 2022 from Khun Sanan Angubolkul, Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trade of Thailand, as an outstanding ethics award of the Thai Chamber of Commerce since 2021.
